HEALTH AND SAFETY

Whilst C.P.L. Skips endeavors to provide a safe and healthy working environment under the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974, all employees, customers, individually or collectively, must adhere to such rules as are enforced from protection of themselves, and other people who may enter the working place.  It is clearly recognised that good safety standards are closely related to good teamwork.  Each job is inter-related with other jobs, and it is the individual’s responsibility to protect the safety and well being of both themselves and others.

The cost of an accident can be high, not only for the Company in profitability, but also to the employees, their families, customers and their friends.  Health & Safety Law exists to lay down the standards to secure everybody’s Health, Safety and Welfare in the workplace.

All persons entering the site must report to reception first and only then can they enter the main part of the site.

All persons on the main part of the site will wear high visible vest and hard hats.

Person found not to be adhering to Health and Safety procedures will be asked to leave.
